In a world filled with noise and individualism, group spiritual direction offers a sacred space to slow down, listen deeply, and discern God’s presence together. Rooted in the relational nature of the Trinity, this practice helps us hear God both personally and through others for guidance, affirmation, and encouragement.

This online session is designed for pastors, ministers, and church leaders seeking deeper spiritual connection and shared discernment—though anyone drawn to ministry is welcome to join. Through guided reflection, prayerful listening, and interactive group spiritual direction, participants will experience how God speaks in and through community.

Breakout groups will provide a space to practice listening to the Holy Spirit together, fostering personal growth and unity. These small-group encounters will help us accompany one another in faith, recognizing that God often speaks through our brothers and sisters in Christ.

There will be two sessions: the first will explore what group spiritual direction is, its benefits, and its application in ministry; the second will offer participants the opportunity to experience it firsthand with fellow believers. The goal is to empower leaders to grow in spiritual attentiveness, deepen relationships, and embrace Christian unity.
