In a world filled with noise and competing demands, how can we recognize the voice of God with clarity and confidence? Discernment is essential for spiritual growth, leadership, and faithful decision-making, yet many struggle to distinguish God’s guidance from their own thoughts or external influences.

This online teaching and demonstration is designed for those seeking practical ways to cultivate a listening heart. Led by an experienced spiritual director, this session will introduce Ignatian spiritual exercises and rules of discernment—helping us attune our hearts to God’s presence and direction.

Participants will also have the opportunity to collaborate in breakout sessions, sharing their experiences and equipping one another to bring insights back to their communities. As an ecumenical gathering, this event fosters unity among believers, reminding us that while our traditions may differ, our shared longing for God unites us.

Join us for this transformative session and discover how to deepen your ability to listen, discern, and respond to God’s voice with greater confidence and spiritual sensitivity.
