In an age of hurried ministry and constant demands, the ancient practice of lectio divina offers a sacred pause—a way to slow down and encounter God’s living Word in a transformative way. This online teaching and demonstration is designed for anyone seeking to deepen their spiritual life.

Led by an experienced spiritual director, this session will guide participants through the four movements of lectio divina—reading (lectio), meditation (meditatio), prayer (oratio), and contemplation (contemplatio). Whether you are new to the practice or looking to renew your approach, you will gain practical tools to integrate this ancient discipline into both your personal devotions and ministry context.

In addition to the teaching session, there will be breakout discussions where participants can engage with one another and share their experiences with lectio divina. These small-group conversations will foster deeper reflection, encouraging honest dialogue across denominational lines.

Join us for this enriching experience and discover how lectio divina can refresh your soul, deepen your relationship with God, and inspire a more contemplative approach to ministry.
