What is Spiritual Direction

Spiritual Direction is a relational ministry between two people, the director and directee, where both gather to listen into what the Holy Spirit has to say. The director intensely listens, extends care and encouragement, provides heart-felt prayerful support and reflective exercises for the directee who seeks to discern God’s personal communication. Overtime, as both discern the movements of the Holy Spirit, and live out the consequences of such a relationship, the directee becomes more intimate with Jesus Christ.
